Here’s how it works: At the end of each month, a winner is randomly drawn. The winner chooses a prize. The next month, another winner is drawn, who then chooses from the remaining prizes. By November, all the prizes have been won.

Then, in December, everybody’s name – winners included – goes back into the “pot” for a final grand prize drawing for...
