Q: What is the paddock?

A: Lime Rock Park’s open paddock is nearly the racing equivalent to watching the game from the sideline with the team. The Paddock is where the cars are worked on between sessions, where drivers hang out when they aren’t signing autographs or talking to their engineers, and where you can get an up close look at the cars. Children under 18 are welcome in the paddock as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
